UST Class C Operator

Under the provision of the Energy Policy Act of 2005” (EPA-510-D-07-002, August 2006) published by U.S. EPA, each facility with an underground storage tank system (such as service stations, convenience stores, fleet service stores or local government operations) is required to have a Class C operator designated for the facility, and must be on-site at all times when a Class A/B operator is not present.

This course meets the training requirements for a Class C operator of an underground storage tank (UST) system in your state. It includes five short learning sections and a test. A certificate of completion will be issued upon passing the course. The Class C operator certification must be renewed every 2 years.
